The controller is SOFTFORBET. Data is collected through nis2.softforbet.com to manage business requests related to NIS2 Supplier ReadyKit AI.
Data collected
The forms may collect full name, company, business email, phone number, role, website, company profile, plan interest, free-text message, privacy consent, optional marketing consent, source page, user agent and technical IP address.
Purposes
Data is processed to respond to contact requests, deliver the requested demo report, manage early access, assess commercial interest and, only with optional consent, send product updates.
Legal basis
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps requested by the user and, for marketing updates, explicit and revocable consent.
Retention
Lead data is kept for the time needed to manage the request and validate the product commercially, unless deletion is requested or applicable obligations require otherwise.
Disclosure and transfers
Data is not sold to third parties. It may be processed by technical providers needed for hosting, database, email and administrative operation.
Rights
